2. Respond promptly to approval requests and feedback to avoid delays.
3. Comply with the terms and conditions of third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook,
Instagram).
Constant Social is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by incomplete client cooperation.
3. Payment Terms
● Payments are due upfront at the start of each billing cycle as agreed in your contract.
● Late payments may result in the suspension of services.
● Refunds are not provided except in specific cases as agreed upon in writing.
4. Ownership and Usage of Content
● Content created by Constant Social becomes the property of the client upon full
payment.
● Clients may edit, reuse, or repurpose this content as needed.
● Constant Social reserves the right to showcase non-confidential work in its portfolio
unless explicitly restricted in writing.
5. Limitations of Service
● We cannot guarantee specific results such as follower growth, sales increases, or
audience engagement, as these depend on external factors.
● Constant Social is not responsible for disruptions caused by platform downtimes,
algorithm changes, or third-party actions.
6. Termination of Services
● Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice.
● Upon termination, any completed work will be delivered to the client. Refunds for unused
services are evaluated case by case.
7. Liability
Constant Social is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our
services except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
